GAH!!!!! All hail Faith. What isnt there to love about this fine beauty!? I mean come on! She is beautiful. Like showstoppingly so. This young teen has not only the beauty but also the brains. I am officially in awe of this sassy cutie. An asset to her parents, but definitely a lass marching to her own beat.

We popped down to a local Northamptonshire park to shoot an all natural light portrait photography session. With the weather somewhat overcast, the shadows were flat and it meant really working angles and finding pretty backdrops. Thankfully a lot of the local parks here in Northamptonshire are so well taken care of, it was very easy to find interesting places to capture beautiful imagery.

I love these balls of fluffy seeds (similar to dandelion seeds) that drifted by mid shoot!

The roses provided a lovely backdrop for these portrait sessions. So complimentary.

We even have a little ‘behind the scenes’ video for you to giggle at… Note the overcast sky. No additional lighting. Its about knowing how to manipulate your depth of field and exploring your surroundings for a more interesting portrait session. I loved this session so much I am keen to do more.
